Over the past two years, I have met many talented people, both outside and inside my class. I noticed one thing that they all have, but that is often underestimated: an online presence.
After finishing this course, I would like to spend some time understanding how to build my own digital identity, for example on Instagram, a personal website, and ArtStation. This would help me become more visible to companies and private clients in a professional way.
I still have to decide whether I want to become a freelancer or try to work in a studio. For this reason, my next short-term goal is to produce more content and make my work more recognisable.
In previous years, I was too worried about finding a drawing style that could make me stand out. However, after this course, I understood that style comes naturally by drawing and creating more and more. I also think I should take more focused actions, such as going to festivals and meeting as many people as possible in this very competitive field.
